Shipping Information

How Much is Delivery?

All items are shipped from Sprout Maternity’s Brisbane warehouse to your door by Sendle. Standard shipping within metro areas will cost $7.95, Standard shipping within regional areas will cost $8.95. We are currently offering Free Standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $85. 


How Long Do Deliveries Take?

Brisbane and Gold Coast metro area: 1-3 business days, 
Metro areas on the east coast: 2-4 business days, 
Perth: 5-7 business days,
Remote areas: 3-8 business days.


Where do you Deliver to?

We ship Australia-wide, including remote areas and small towns. We use Sendle who deliver door to door. Please note that deliveries are automatically set to “authority to leave”, contact us for a signature on delivery option.

Do I get Delivery Information and Updates?

Yes. As soon as your items are collected from Sprout Maternity, you’ll receive a notification email confirming the details of the delivery and expected delivery date. Sendle will be in touch if there are any changes. 

Sizing Information

How do Maternity Wear Sizes work?

Sprout Maternity clothing sizes are designed to match your pre-pregnancy size. If you are expecting twins or if you know you are carrying a bit extra, no stress, we would recommend you go one size up.

What are your Standard Clothing Sizes?

Typically, we stock small, medium, large and X-large although we do carry some stock of XS and XXL for selected maternity garments.

In general, our sizes are as follows (in cm):

Small      size 8/32    Bust 91-96      Hip 96-101    Thigh 58-61)
Medium  size 10/34  Bust 97-102    Hip 102-107  Thigh 62-65)
Large      size 12/36  Bust 103-108  Hip 108-113  Thigh 66-69)

Can I order more than one size of pants and apply for a refund on the size that doesn’t fit?

Yes! We understand that it can be difficult to find the right fit when it comes to pants & jeans. We offer a refund on maternity pants whereby you order more than one size, providing flexibility. We will provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on the non-fitting size and will include a complimentary satchel for convenience. Please note that refunds made via AfterPay will incur an admin fee of 3% on item being returned. 



What if the Size I Ordered Doesn’t Fit?

If your maternity garment doesn’t fit we are happy to exchange it at no additional cost. The item will have to be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery in its original state. You will, however, be responsible for returning the garment to us. As soon as we’ve received the item we’ll ship your replacement immediately.

What if I Receive the Wrong Items or they arrive Damaged?

If a product arrives damaged or if we shipped an incorrect product/size, we’ll arrange to have the garments collected and the correct items shipped to you at no additional cost.

What is your Refund Policy?

If you wish to return your items, for whatever reason, you can do so within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery. You will, however, be responsible for returning the garment to us. As soon as we’ve received the item we will refund you in full (excluding shipping and associated costs). Refunds made via AfterPay will incur an admin fee of 3% of total price on item being returned.

Please note: No Refunds on Final Sale items, we do however offer store credit.
