Shipping Information

How Much is Delivery?

All items are shipped from Sprout Maternity’s Brisbane warehouse to your door by Sendle. We are currently offering Free Standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $45. Orders under $45 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 Australia-wide.

How Long Do Deliveries Take?

Brisbane and Gold Coast metro area: 1 – 3 working days.                                  Other major cities on the east coast: 2 – 4 working days.                                  Perth: 5 – 7 working days.                                                                                                 Remote areas: 7 – 10 working days.

Where Do You Deliver To?

We ship Australia-wide, including remote areas and small towns. We use Sendle who deliver door to door.

Do I Get Delivery Information and Updates?

Yes. As soon as your items are collected from Sprout Maternity, you’ll receive a notification email confirming the details of the delivery and expected delivery date. Sendle will be in touch if there are any changes. 

Sizing Information

How Do Maternity Wear Sizes Work?

Sprout Maternity clothing sizes are designed to match your pre-pregnancy size. If you are expecting twins or if you know you are carrying a bit extra, no stress, we would recommend you go one size up.

What Are Your Standard Clothing Sizes?

Typically, we stock small, medium, large and X-large although we do carry some stock of XS and XXL for selected maternity bottoms.

In general, our sizes are as follows:

Small = size 8/32,

Medium = size 10/34,

Large = size 12/36,

XLarge = size 14/38


What if the Size I Ordered Doesn’t Fit?

If your maternity garment doesn’t fit we are happy to exchange it at no additional cost. The item will have to be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery in its original state. You will, however, be responsible for returning the garment to us. As soon as we’ve received the item we’ll ship your replacement immediately.

What if I Receive the Wrong Items or They Arrive Damaged?

If a product arrives damaged or if we shipped an incorrect product/size, we’ll arrange to have the garments collected and the correct items shipped to you at no additional cost.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you wish to return your items, for whatever reason, you can do so within two weeks (14 days) from delivery. You will, however, be responsible for returning the garment to us. As soon as we’ve received the item we’ll refund you in full.
