How Much is Delivery?
All items are shipped from Sprout Maternity’s Brisbane warehouse to your door by Sendle. Standard shipping within metro areas will cost $9.95, Standard shipping within regional areas will cost $11.95. We are currently offering Free Standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150.
How Long Do Deliveries Take?
Brisbane and Gold Coast metro area: 1-3 business days,
Metro areas on the east coast: 2-4 business days,
Perth: 5-7 business days,
Remote areas: 3-8 business days.
Where do you Deliver to?
We ship Australia-wide, including remote areas and small towns. We use Sendle who deliver door to door. Please note that deliveries are automatically set to “authority to leave”, contact us for a signature on delivery option. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
Do I get Delivery Information and Updates?
Yes. As soon as your items are collected from Sprout Maternity, you’ll receive a notification email confirming the details of the delivery and expected delivery date. Sendle will be in touch if there are any changes.
We are currently offering international shipping worldwide.
International orders are sent via Australia Post and shipped within 6-20 business days depending on your location. You will be able to track your order using the tracking number that will be sent as soon as the booking has been made via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.
Should you require an express service, we can most certainly offer this option, please contact us via email@example.com for further assistance.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other import fees which may be imposed at destination will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
We do not cover the postage for returning goods internationally. Please be aware of these possible costs of returning or exchanging your order to Australia before proceeding.
PLEASE NOTE: Rest of World – We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees after an order has been placed for more remote international destinations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understands that, at times, returns and exchanges happen for whatever reason. We therefore offer quick and easy returns and exchanges for your convenience.
If garments don’t fit to your satisfaction, you will be eligible for an exchange (if stock permits). We are happy to exchange the garment at no additional cost, however, the costs associated with shipping (including delivery and collection) will be your responsibility. The item will have to be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery in its original state with the tag attached to the garment, unused and unwashed.
If you wish to return your items, for whatever reason, you may do so within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery. Shipping costs for both delivery and collection will be your responsibility. We are under no obligation to refund an item which does not have tags attached, has been soiled in any way, has a perfume or other odour, has been washed or worn. You will receive the refund in full*.
Please note: No Refunds on Final Sale items, we do however offer store credit.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange and returns inquiry and instructions will be provided. We can organise shipping on your behalf (dependant on location) with Sendle for your convenience. As soon as we have received the item, we will notify you via email confirming that the order has been received and will proceed with the exchange or refund process.
Tip: When looking for the correct fit, use your pre-pregnancy size as the garments we offer are designed and engineered to grow with you. If you are unsure, please jump to our FAQ to find the sizing chart, or select the sizing drop-down list that is provided under each product page to reduce the likelihood of an incorrect fit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a product arrives and is damaged or if we have shipped an incorrect product/size, we will arrange to have the garments collected and the correct items shipped to you at no additional cost (if stock permits). If you wish to not have the item exchanged and have it returned instead, the above refund policy will be applicable. Items need to be returned to us within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery. SPECIAL REFUND OFFER ON PANTS FOR SIZE FLEXIBILITY
We understand that it can be difficult to find the correct fit when it comes to pants and jeans. We therefore offer a refund on maternity pants allowing you to order more than one size with the option to try on the different sizes from the comfort of your own home. A complimentary returns satchel and a full* refund of the non-fitting garment will be provided. Whilst at checkout, state the items that are being purchased for this reason in the “Order notes (optional)” section right at the bottom of the page for our reference.
*Refunds made via AfterPay will incur an admin fee of 3% of cost on item/items being returned.
